| How does it work? |
| Using our web based solution, you can work from anywhere on any computer where there's an Internet connection. There's no form to download and there's no need to install any software. You will work with a dynamic, user friendly HTML form which mirrors the official form, but enhanced with built-in logic for selections, formatting, calculations, and error checking. | Having trouble? |
| Here's a short list of what might be the problem. But please check the help page for system requirements. |
- Are you running Internet Explorer? (IE5.5+ required).
- Did you disable cookies? (Cookies need to be enabled).
- Do you have Acrobat Reader? (version 5.0 and above required).
- Are you running a pop-up blocker? This site may not work properly with some pop-up blockers. Since we don't do any advertising, you can safely turn off your pop-up blocker while you are on this site.
