Q: What can I do with IMMGOnline.com? ![]() IMMGOnline.com is intended to help you fill out immigration related forms with minimum cost and effort. Once you signed up, you can enter data in our convenient web based forms. When you are ready to sign the form, just click "Print" and our software will generate a filled out PDF file instantly. You can then print out the PDF file and save a copy for your records. For more details, look at the Help page or take a test drive. | ||||||||
Q: How do I use IMMGOnline.com? ![]() First, you need to sign up. After that, you can start working on the forms by going to the Forms page. If you don't see a form you're looking for in the Forms page, come back and check with us later or drop us a line at info@immgonline.com. We are constantly adding new forms. There's no cost associated with entering or saving data with our web based forms. However, you'll need to purchase points in order to generate a form to sign. When you print out a form to sign, we deduct a number of points from your account. Check the Forms page for the cost of points of each form. | ||||||||
Q: What are the system requirements? ![]() You'll need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, and Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later. Both are free, and you can download the latest versions of each from Microsoft and Adobe, respectively. | ||||||||
Q: How can I sign up with IMMGOnline.com? ![]() Click here to go to the signup form. After you filled out the information and submitted the form, you'll receive an email with a link to activate your account. Once your account is activated, you can log in with the login id and password you chose. | ||||||||
Q: How do I log on to IMMGOnline.com? ![]() If you are at the home page, there's a login form at the top right corner. On other pages, there's a link to the login form at the right side of the site banner. Enter your login id and password at the login form, then click "GO". | ||||||||
Q: What if I lose my password? ![]() Click the "Forgot Password" link at the login form and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password. | ||||||||
Q: Is it safe to enter my personal information online? ![]() Yes. When you submit data with our web based forms, the data is transmitted over a secure Internet connection with 128-bit encryption (You can see a small "lock" in the status bar at the bottom of your Internet Explorer). Furthermore, we never save any data you entered into the forms on our server. When you are working on a form and you click the "Save" button, we send the data back to you so that you can save it on your own hard drive. If you want to restore your work session later, you'll reload the data file from your local dard drive. When you "Preview" or "Print" a form, we generate the PDF on the fly and send it back to your browser. No file is ever created on the hard drive on our server. | ||||||||
Q: What is this warning about "unsecured" content when I preview or print a form? ![]() When you "Preview" or "Print" a form, sometimes you'll get a warning about "unsecured" content if the PDF file opens automatically inside a browser window. This is caused by the way Acrobat Reader is loaded into Internet Explorer. You can click either "Yes" or "No" to the warning dialog without affecting how the PDF file is displayed. | ||||||||
Q: How come I can not save the PDF file? ![]() Sometimes when the PDF file is loaded into Acrobat Reader, you cannot save it to the disk. Make sure that your Acrobat Reader is properly installed. You may want to reinstall Acrobat Reader if you recently upgraded Internet Explorer. Alternatively, you can save the PDF file to disk first, then open it up with Acrobat Reader. Test with the "Preview" button first. If you can save with "Preview", then you can also save with "Print". | ||||||||
Q: How much does it cost? ![]() We add "points" to your account each time you make a payment. Each form hosted on our server is assigned a certain number of points. When you print a form to sign, those points will be deducted from your account. You can't "Print" if you don't have enough points in your account. For most forms, the cost is $1 per form (or less, if you buy more than 20 points at a time). Please refer to the forms page to see how many points each form costs. The following table lists the number of points you can buy with each payment.

Q: Is my online payment safe? ![]() Yes. We process payments through PayPal, which handles enormous number of secure transactions each day, and is trusted by tens of millions of account holders. People who conduct their businesses on eBay and other web sites use PayPal to do business transactions on a daily basis. For more information, please refer to the PayPal site. Please note also that you don't need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal. All you need is a credit card. Of course, it doesn't hurt if you already have a PayPal account! | ||||||||

Q: What if I don't have a credit card? ![]() Since you pay us through PayPal, we accept any payment method Palpal accepts. But be aware that with certain types of payments, the points won't appear in your account until the payment cleared. Please check the Paypal site for more details. | ||||||||
Q: How do I make a payment? ![]() Login with your user id and password. Click "My Account" on the menu bar, then enter the amount you want to pay and click "Pay Now". Points will be deposited into your account after the payment is cleared. | ||||||||
Q: What can I do if I think there's an error in my account? ![]() If you believe that there's an error in your account, please contact customer support by email at support@immgonline.com or fill out the form in the "Support" page when you are logged in. Describe the situation and let us know why you believe there's an error. We'll handle it promptly. | ||||||||
